Family Ties

Here's a story...

 

This is a story of a young man, Franklin, whose mother is suffering from Heart Cancer. He will do anything and everything in his power to raise money and pay for private health treatments to save her life. With 'friends' leading him forward, armed robbery seems to be the way to go. 

However, things are never that simple, and before we know it more than one life begins to hang in the balance...

The final product of the short film we as a group created, based upon my script and storyboard of 'Family Ties'.

 

Production-wise, this is by no means perfect and in terms of shooting we did suffer from a few unexpected hiccups. However there is no way that stopped this from being a true pleasure and great experience for all of us.

 

Very eager to work on another short story some time and film and take another shot at it!
